A decorative cast item that can serve as an embellishment to buildings and structures in either orientation.
As individual castings, these can be assembled together to any length as required – the example being the assembled frieze to the edge of the roof of the Cliff Lift building in Southend on Sea, which forms a station for the funicular railway between the sea front and the formal gardens above.
The
castings are produced from a pattern in the Lost Art collection and are
available as a finished casting in order that clients can then apply paint etc,
according to their own specifications.
Normally produced in cast iron – if required, this design is also available in
aluminium.
