THE CROSSTHWAITE BENCH

Installed over the Easter weekend at a National Trust property near Bristol, the images show a number of our Crossthwaite benches in two different colours.

Currently one of our most popular benches, the Crossthwaite is fabricated in hand rivetted heavy gauge wrought iron to an Edwardian design.

The benches bely their elegant appearance by being rather heavy, requiring two strong people to move them any distance.

The weight of the benches make them suitable for use in public spaces and our use of a hi-build vinyl paint system means that they are easy to maintain. If benches are subjected to damaged paintwork, either deliberate or accidental, then this can easily be touched up on site and is usable again in less than a couple of hours.

In addition to the specialised paint system, we also ensure that the bare metal has a bonded corrosion inhibiting coating prior to the painting, again reducing the maintenance legacy of the benches.

Although shown here in a public space, they are eminently suitable for any private owners who wish to purchase a bench that possesses both style and durability, providing an elegant and lasting addition to your garden.

The current price of a 6ft Crossthwaite bench is £489.70 excluding VAT and delivery. Delivery is charged a cost price or benches can be collected from our workshop.

Due to current demand we have a 6 - 8 week delivery period for benches as they are produced to order rather than sold from stock.

The benches are available in any single colour, we do not charge extra for non-stock colours and we can arrange for paint to match samples provided by clients.
